You answer a short online intake about your health and goals. A licensed provider reviews it, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and may message you with questions before deciding whether treatment is appropriate.
Who prescribes my treatment?
A licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant from LocumTele, licensed in your state, reviews your intake and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. If prescribed, your medication is dispensed by VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, and shipped to you discreetly.
When am I charged?
You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.
What's included in the price?
Each product has one monthly price. It includes your online visit, the medication if prescribed, ongoing provider messaging and shipping.
